Do Not Call
Stop calls to numbers on your do-not-call list.
Do Not Call checks every outbound call against your own lists and drops the call when the number matches. It is designed to help you comply with your do-not-call policies.
- Automatic call drop on a match
- Block or allow-only list modes
- Email alerts for selected extensions
Block the numbers on your list, or allow only those numbers.
Do Not Call is a Windows service that watches every outbound call. You choose how it uses your lists, and which extensions the rules apply to.
- Block ListOutbound calls to any number on your lists are dropped.
- White ListOnly numbers on your lists can be called. Calls to every other number are blocked.
- Lists from CSV filesImport named lists from comma or tab separated files, and match the columns to the Name and Phone fields.
You can also exclude extensions from the rules, and set how many digits to compare so numbers match with or without a country code.
Settings: choose Block List or White List, how many digits to match, and when expired numbers are removed.
A list only protects you when every call is checked against it.
Bring in your lists from a CSV file.
Managers import contacts from a CSV file into one central list, name each list, and map the file's columns to the phone number, registration date, expiry date and description.
- Comma or tab separated files
- Export your lists back to a file at any time
- Restart the Do Not Call service after an import so the new numbers apply
Let the right extensions through.
Some extensions may need to call numbers that are on the list. Tick them in the Global Exclusion List and they can bypass the Do Not Call restrictions.
- In Block List mode, you can also allow chosen extensions to call one specific listed number
Wherever your team dials out, the list is checked first.
Outbound sales teams
Load your internal do-not-call list, and calls to those numbers are dropped automatically.
Call centers
When a customer asks not to be called, add the number to your list with your next import, and future calls to it are dropped.
Teams that call approved numbers only
Switch to White List mode so agents can only reach the numbers on your lists.
Managers who need a record
Review every blocked attempt by extension, agent, number and time, and export the report.
Do Not Call is included in the VoIPTools Subscription.
One subscription gets you Do Not Call and 30+ other add-ons for 3CX.

Email alerts

Reports
A call log of blocked attempts, with extension, agent name, dialed number and date and time.
Automatic clean-up
Numbers with an expiry date are deleted at the scheduled time you choose.
