  2. Say the same message one more time

Anything else? Our team answers 24/7 from the USA, India and the Philippines.

Who is Auto Voicemail for?+
Agents and staff who call customers. When your call reaches a customer's voicemail box, you pick one of your prerecorded messages and Auto Voicemail leaves it for you.
When do I send the message?+
After your call connects to the voicemail box and the beep prompts you to leave a message. Select a recording, click Send, and the call is transferred to a special extension that plays it. You are removed from the call right away.
How do we create the messages?+
Click Record, enter a name, and click Call my Extension. 3CX calls your extension and prompts you to record. You can also upload recording files you already have.
How many recordings can we keep?+
As many as you need. Recordings are unlimited.
Do agents need to install anything?+
No. Auto Voicemail is a web application, so there is nothing to install on the computers people use, and updates are available to all users right away.
What can managers do that agents cannot?+
Managers can create, play, share and delete recordings, display recordings for all agents, and open the Settings tab. Agents can play or share recordings shown to them but cannot delete them, and cannot display their own recordings to others.
How do people sign in?+
With their 3CX extension number and, depending on the option you choose, their voicemail PIN, web client password or phone password.
Can we put our own name and logo on it?+
Yes. Custom Branding sets the header colors, grid color, logo and a header title prefix.
Which 3CX version does it work with?+
3CX version 20. Auto Voicemail runs on a Windows computer alongside 3CX and connects through the VoIPTools Relay.
