Do I pay for each add-on separately?+
No. The VoIPTools Subscription includes every add-on in the suite. Hosted Billing, built for hosting providers, is the only add-on sold separately.
What if I only need one or two add-ons today?+
Start with the add-ons that solve your immediate needs, then put more of the suite to work as your business grows. Everything else is already included.
What is the minimum term?+
One year. All subscriptions, including monthly payments, are a one-year minimum term. Pay annually and get one month free, or pay monthly on an annual contract.
How is my price worked out?+
Your price depends on the options you choose. Make your choices above and the sign-up page shows your price before you check out.
Which license size should I choose?+
The same simultaneous call size as your 3CX license. If you are not sure what that is, contact us and we will help you check.
What happens if my version or license size does not match my 3CX system?+
The add-ons will not work. Your VoIPTools Subscription must match the 3CX version your system runs and the simultaneous calls on your 3CX license. If you are not sure of either one, contact us before you sign up and we will help you check.
Do I need the support option?+
It is up to you. With live support and unlimited installation support, our team helps you install the add-ons and answers your questions live. Without it, you do the installs and troubleshooting yourself, using the downloads and manuals for every add-on.
Will the add-ons change anything inside my 3CX system?+
No. The add-ons run alongside 3CX on a separate server and communicate through the VoIPTools Relay. 3CX keeps running exactly as 3CX designed it, on Windows or Linux, in the cloud or on your premises.
Who runs the VoIPTools server?+
You choose. Run it on your own servers, or have us host it for you on Amazon Web Services with installation, updates, backups and monitoring handled. For hosting over 192 simultaneous calls, contact us directly.
Can I use VoIPTools with Hosted by 3CX?+
Not currently. The Hosted by 3CX service does not provide the server access the add-ons need. Contact us and we can review your setup and help you plan a move to a compatible hosting environment, if that is right for your business.
Can I see the add-ons before I subscribe?+
Yes. Book a live demo. It is a screen-share on our VoIPTools demo system, and we walk you through the add-ons you want to see and answer your questions as we go.
